The role.
Today a person reviews every run our agents do. The goal is agents that work for weeks on their own and improve with every correction.
You'll build what gets them there, starting with memory and long-running execution, and own the evals that measure it.
The other engineering track is Founding Engineer, Environments + Data. Apply to whichever fits, or both.
What you'll work on.
- 01Agents that stay on track through weeks of work toward one goal.
- 02Memory that keeps learning after the agent knows more than anyone at the company.
- 03Evals that can tell when an agent is better at a job than the person who did it.
What we look for.
- 01You've built agents people rely on, and you know exactly where they still fail.
- 02You've built an eval other people made decisions with.
- 03You've published research others build on, or shipped software at scale.
- 04You're kind and easy to work with, especially when things get hard.
- 05You think agents will beat people at most computer work within a few years.
