Sales · Update & Follow Through
Every sales call ends with a ready-to-send deal package
The key moments from every transcript get pulled into your CRM, the follow-up is drafted, and the team is notified, all while the details are still fresh. You stay in the selling flow.

What you get.
Every sales call ends with a complete deal package: CRM fields updated from the transcript, a follow-up email drafted, tasks created, and your team notified. Doe handles it all before your next call starts. No manual entry, no forgotten notes.
It's 5pm and nothing is in the CRM.
It's 5pm. You had five calls today. None of them are in Salesforce yet. Your manager pinged you at 3 asking for a pipeline update, and you reconstructed it from memory because your CRM looks like it did last Thursday. You know you should update it. You know your forecast depends on it. But your next call starts in two minutes and the follow-up from this morning is still a mental note.
So you do what every rep does. You batch it. You tell yourself you'll update everything tonight. But tonight turns into tomorrow, and tomorrow turns into a haze of half-remembered talking points and "I think they said Q3." The details that matter (the budget holder's concern, the competing vendor they mentioned, the timeline shift) evaporate within hours.

Before you delegate.
- 01Does Doe work with Chorus or only Gong?Doe integrates with both Gong and Chorus for call transcripts. It can also work with Zoom meeting transcripts directly. The extraction and CRM update task is identical regardless of which recording platform you use.
- 02How accurate is the data extraction from call transcripts?Doe extracts fields directly from the full transcript with speaker labels, not from a summary. It cross-references every extracted value against existing CRM data to catch conflicts. When there is ambiguity (for example, two different budget figures mentioned), Doe flags it for your review rather than guessing. Most teams find transcript-sourced extraction more reliable than manual entry because reps fill in CRM hours later from memory.
- 03Can I customize which CRM fields Doe updates?Yes. You map the fields during setup. Doe supports standard and custom fields in Salesforce and HubSpot, including MEDDIC/MEDDPICC frameworks, custom picklists, and multi-select fields. You control which fields are auto-updated vs. flagged for review.
- 04Does Doe auto-send follow-up emails or just draft them?Drafts only. Doe writes follow-ups and places them in your drafts for review before sending. You control tone, accuracy, and timing. Auto-send can be enabled for low-risk internal emails (meeting confirmations, next-step reminders), but external prospect emails always go through you first.
- 05Can Doe update both Salesforce and HubSpot simultaneously?Yes. Doe maps fields independently for each CRM, so the same transcript can update both systems with the correct field names and formats. If a field exists in one CRM but not the other, Doe handles them separately.
